I've never heard of a Delta Operator breaking operational security. There's that, plus the fact that while the Delta Force is very capable this doesn't seem to be something that fits there particular special expertise. Not that they couldn't help out, any body of skilled, determined, well trained and disciplined people could, and they have all those qualities to a very large degree, but an anti-terrorist group is my first thought of who to bring in to a domestic disaster relief situation.
