Covering up for Clinton's levee funding cuts won't work. It's on the record. The Army Engineers told Clinton the funding they approved was woefully inadequate, but Clinton didn't care, even though FEMA had warned a flooding of NO could be the biggest catastrophe in the country, and could possibly happen.
