Mayor issues SOS - my heart breaks for poor people suffering in New Orleans - at the Civic Center and other areas..

I saw on CNN - thousands at the Civic Center have had NO FOOD OR WATER in 4 days.

Many are elderly. In wheelchairs. Infants without food and water.

They are dying right now in New Orleans - in front of the cameras.

And those people could have had food and water airdropped to them. They are at the CIVIC CENTER IN NEW ORLEANS - not in some outlying areas.

Why hasn't this been done.

A single helicopter finally dropped enough food and water for less than a hundred an hour ago. But, there are THOUSANDS there. This made the other 95% upset. Where are the other helicopters with their food and water?

This is one of the three main places in New Orleans where refugees have gone - why has it taken 4 days to get someone - anyone to help them???

This makes me mad as hell, and sick for our broken country.
