This exactly echo's my point, and yes there was funding made available as stated in this blog. The intellectually honest left will witness that their party has left the building. The intellectual honest left doesn't frequent this thread. My final question: Would the reconstruction of a levee if funded in 2004 been repaired by August 29th, 2005?
