The EPA thing is crap.... here in California we are not going to allow the air to be further polluted....we have our own regulations....and the air shows the improvement....with 10's of millions of additional autos...and of course SUV's.....we have made the air 70% cleaner over the past 30 years

It will help somewhat. We in the midwest have struggled with this problem of different fuels in the region for years. It's a stupid idea, Chicago has one formulation, Milwaukee another, Madison yet another. Not a very efficient use of resources. More important, I booked $12k yesterday in less than 2 hours by going long indexes as soon as I saw that news. I posted it, everybody yawned, oh yeah, big deal... That is what I was talking about, you know, making money from this madness. You gotta be on the ball in this market, trade what you feel.
