TD Lee is in the middle of the Atlantic and heading North:

TD 14 is more than half way from Africa about level with Southern Florida (it will most likely go to sea - minimal threat):

92L is the one below and right of TD14 (about half way across). NOTE: there are a bunch of clouds off the bahamas too, but there is probably too much wind shear.

Here is the progression:
1) clouds.
2) Tropical wave (becomes Invest)
3) Tropical Depression (gets numbered - next one is 15, starts to have some convection and lower center pressure).
4) Tropical storm (gets named, better organized, lower pressure, higher winds)
5) Hurricane 74+ MPH.
