USPS, UPS Suspend Service To Hurricane-Damaged Areas

Due to the widespread damage caused by Hurricane Katrina, the U.S. Postal Service and UPS have indefinitely suspended service to the hardest hit areas of Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. The affected postal codes begin with 369, 393, 394, 395, 396, 700, 701 and 704.
