Clinton fully funded New Orleans levee protection. Bush slashed it despite warnings from FEMA predicting a flooding of New Orle3ans could be our greatest ever national disaster. Tom Delay also backed this cuting of funding. Also, of course, most of the Army Engineers, CHinkooks, sky scrames and Guardsmen we need are all stuck in Iraq broiling in 130 degree heat. Totally FUBAR situation. Bush is responsible.
