Bush cut funding for New Orleans levees despite warnings from FEMA and the Army AAEngineers. Because Bush needed to shortchange us at home to spend as much as possible in Iraq where Halliburton controls everything and rips off half of what they touch.

This is serious business.

Another thing, Even after Katrina hit, Bush was busy making speeches about Iraq and comparing himself to FDR during WWII.

The man needs to be impeached.

BTW: When it came to "saving" Terri Schiavo, the GOPP congress flew back into session in one day. After Katrina, they need 72 hours. How do you like them apples? And Denny Hastert called for New Orleans to be bull-dozed today. Wonder what Tom Delay thinks. Will he giveback some of his billions in pork barrel spending to pay for Louisiana and Mississippi?
