Estimated cost for levee repair/ replacement for Cat 5 hurricanes are coming out as $15 Billion. Denver International Airport cost to build was $5 Billion. Planning, design etc. started in 1984, actual start-up for the airport was February 1995. 11 years! The intellectually honest realize that even if the 15 billion was approved on January 22nd, 2001 (Bush’s first full day in office) The job wouldn't have been done until well after 2010. You don't fall into either category of intellectual OR honest. I have no time for someone unwilling or intellectually UNABLE to have an honest debate with civil discourse.
