Just heard on radio that two Army combat brigades (10,000 people) are being sent in to quell rapes and all types of other violence taking place in the New Orleans Convention Center, where some hapless people were relocated, as well as elsewhere down there.

Good grief.

Am I the only person hearing this stuff? It's coming from a local radio station owned by the Washington Post Company.

Yes, he's a presidential appointment. Of course, one of Bush's cronies, with no prior experience in the field - imagine that! It's just more blood on his hands.
