I would start with an LOL coug but it has become obvious that you are at a complete loss to be entertained by anything but the most gruesome of thoughts. Let me connect a couple_o_dots for ya. You declared how you ALWAYS (all caps) respond to emergencies. So when laz told me to go fix the problem in Louisianna all by my self with a shovel (that was in jest coug), I responded in jest that he should have you meet me at the levee ... laz jokes some more about how we wouldn't get along well (no duh) Get it? prolly not...
