Local NO government can schedule a parade everyday,
but they couldn't think ahead and position their
pumps out of the flood zone? Piss poor planning.

They have known for years, decades, the possible
damage a direct hit from a hurricane would have.
So who's fault is it that they were not properly
prepared?

That's not the issue really at this point, it's
rescuing those who are stranded and supplying
them with food, water and other necessities.
After they take care of that, then they can do
one of those Congressional Investigations as to
who's fault is is. LOL!

It may seem that the help is slow at coming, but
that's the way government works most of the time. ;o(
However it does take time to get help to that many
people. Look what they said about the length of
time it took to get help for the tsunami survivors.
Remember that?
