If they have flood insurance. W/o they are toast. Soggy toast, but toast nevertheless. Point of fact that most homeowners never get flood insurance even when they should.

Homeowner's doesn't cover flood damage, and they owned 'em free and clear so they couldn't get flood coverage...I guess they were clowns for paying off their debt!<NFG>
