Helicopters can drop food and water..and they don't need roads. That seems like part of the effort that has been lacking.

What interested me was the snipers and the armed men roaming the streets who you say should be shot. And, of course, I appreciate there is a major disaster, in fact, a catastrophe, in New Orleans. My argument is that the citizens were compromised because the necessary emergency personnel were not there to deal with it. Anyway, it's 4am here and I have to go. Thanks for the chat.
