Bushies are all about spin. I'll bet Rove is telling them to act responsible, say hopeful things, smile in a concerned way then blame it on the black looters. Oh, and say "we never could have foreseen such a terrible thing". In fact FEMA has been warning of exactly this tragedy and we could see it coming for days before Katrina actually struck. But don't trust FEMA too much either. They have a link on their website to send contributions to - Pat Robertson - of all people. Why not Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton? Such insanity.
