<I'm just P*SSSSED OFF at them all (and I don't even live their anymore, I can just imagine how the locals feel!)<NFG>

Same here. I have friends that still live there from Jackson to Hattiesburg to Biloxi to Bay St. Louis to Slidell to NO. I've been able to contact only 3 of them. We loaded up some essentials and sent them down with somebody who left yesterday for Biloxi. I have no idea if they can even get in.

I don't know if the Bay St Loius friends even made it. I know they would never evacuate and leave their business behind. Looks like the place, Turkey Bayou rd. area, took a direct hit. Anybody know?
