You read the excuses they are making for Clinton? Leave it to the French to build a city below sea level... This has been a disaster waiting to happen for years...and has been ignored for years...even during the flush Clinton "budget surplus" years...but some posters do not want to recognize this, because it supports how bad our politicians really are in Washington. Now, the question I have is, why did the state not do more to protect itself? That is where it starts...and where it belongs.
