I am not saying that CIA told Osama to go create Al Qaeda, nobody is saying that the CIA told Osama to attack WTC. CIA TAUGHT OSAMA, REPEAT CIA TAUGHT OSAMA, REPEAT CIA TAUGHT OSAMA, THE SECRETS OF CLANDESTINE WARFARE. AND OSAMA LEARNT THE SECRETS FROM THE US AND USED WHAT HE LEARNT AGAINST THE US. REPEAT, THE CIA DID NOT TELL OSAMA TO USE IT AGAINST THE US.
