JPHC currently owns

50 percent of VXBX so as VXBX gets more successful so does JPHC. VXBX is poised for exponential growth in the next few years and are definitely targeting the right market right now.
(The Asian Pacific). Sounds like they are going to announce some nice deals in the near future with some Resellers and others that will help them grow there business. Im hoping within 6 months they can get off of this pink sheet exchange and move onto a more quality exchange like the Bulletin boards or American Stock Exchange and eventually the Nasdaq.

Im also hoping the same for JPHC.

This is what I have gathered from the website and other:

VOXBOX (VXBX) is owned 50% by Global Bancorp (GBBI) and 50% by Jupiter Global Holdings Corp.(JPHC). In order to take VOXBOX public and raise capital, GBBI repurchased JPHCs' interest in VOXBOX. After this occurred GBBI changed it’s name to VOXBOX and subsequently changed its ticker symbol to VXBX, enabling VOXBOX to be a publicly traded company.

JUPITER received a minority interest in common shares of VXBX for selling its interest in VOXBOX back to GBBI. JUPITER is supposed to retain the right to acquire up to 50% of VXBX as part of the restructuring plan.

JPHC shareholders of record on July 8, 2005 received dividend of 1 VXBX share for every 20 shares owned of JPHC. This is supposed to be distributed sometime in Oct.

VXBX has went from $0.005 to $0.086 since July 6, 2005

Here is a clip from an analyst's report on VXBX–
There are presently almost 300 million common shares outstanding, of which some 230 million are held by insiders (of these, about 180 million are beneficially held by Ray Prescott, CEO). The nominal float is approximately 25 million shares. Daily trading volume since 7/6/05 has averaged approximately 350,000 shares. The price range since 7/6/05 is $0.005 - $0.065. VXBX already has a market capitalization of some $18 million and is just commencing operations.
