The Bush/FEMA lying is spinning in earnest concentrating on:

1. We didn't know about the levees, we didn't know about the thousands who didn't or couldn't get out, we didn't know people have been without food and water for days now, we didn't know so we're not even remotely responsible. It's the city and state's fault.

2. We are doing a fantastic job, New Orleans is under control, everyone is doing great. Aren't we fabulous?
