Yes indeed, the most inept President. His damn brain has been fried by alcoholism. Why the hell did he go to NO. Couldn't plan the Iraq war. And now he has demonstrated his leadership skills in the relief efforts. We can never forget the leadership Clinton demonstrated during the floods in the midwest. Or maybe Bush is good but he refuses to act because of the race of the people involved. Which is it? Try this.

There is lots of horrible in the natural disaster in N.O. You'll be glad to realize that it is false what your wrote, i.e. that the people in the Superdome went without water for 4 days. Those inside got water and MRE's right along. Had the been fed any better, the unbearable stench of there own wastes would have been twice as bad twice as soon, perhaps.

Folks who went to overpasses didn't find water when they got there, and this was tough to see indeed.

This is unprecendeted, and an example set by mother nature, not so much by governmental failure to respond (though they aren't off the hook by far!). You need to think before criticizing. There are so many places where help is needed simultaneously, and with communication lacking...sigh. Well, it ought be difficult to place blame at this time, IMHO.
