I certainly hope that you are mistaken. These are trained troops (or so we are to believe) that are being sent in. To send them in without ammo is prepostorous. I am watching people walking around with arms, some to protect themselves, others probably to hurt others. I think they ought to disarm ANYONE they find and immediately put them under protective custody and on a boat, a bus, a helicopter, whatever is available and taken out of the city center. If they try and run away or fight back they ought to shoot them ON THE SPOT. Its imperative that this city be emptied completely. Ps Governor just said the M-16's are LOCKED AND LOADED. jdn
