Bush siphoned off tens of millions from the fix-the-levee project to give tax cuts to himself and inflict war on Iraq. Instead of mobilizing relief, he was playing with a guitar, politicking, vacationing and playing golf. Your utter inability to take responsibility yourself or place responsibility on the most powerful man in the world is simply immoral. Bush was lying, was ignorant, was trying to foist blame on anyone other than himself when he made that utterly idiotic comment about the levees. That you let him get away with it shows how seriously depraved you are. Even rightwing Republicans are coming out publicly against the absolute failure of Bush to provide relief. People have died and will continue to die because of Bush. That's his legacy. Death and destruction.
