I have written here several times that Iraq is a misguided war. It is a wrong war. It is a war for oil not against the terrorists. The terrorists are still in Afghanistan. The Taliban is not in Kabul anymore. But they are in power in the Afghan villages.

There is a big difference in having 150000 US troops in Iraq instead of having them in the Pakistan Afghanistan border.

America as nation is very capable and has the determination to give it to Osama and his Al Qaeda. But it is the Bush-Cheney brigade who not only is half assed in going after Osama but is also more interested in oil for their oil buddies.

For a person like Bush, planning for Katrina relief efforts is a huge task in itself. And do you think he has the ability to plan the Iraq war when he cannot provide the leadership for relief efforts in his own country?
