That's one possibility. There are others, of course. With these "threes" up and down, it could also be an evolving triangle. In any case, choppy action since late 2003, following a big advance, should be seen as "generally" - or, should I say, vaguely (g) - bullish.

Shorter term, imo, the wiggles are a bit confusing -- which makes it important what gets taken out first - the high of 8/16, or the low of 8/31.
