I think the relief has always been there, and of course much more is almost there BUT until they RESTORE LAW AND ORDER that relief may sit in areas of no benefit to the truly needy. I dont blame FEMA for refusing to go into areas where they are being shot at. The police and national guard need to be told STOP BABYING THE SCUM, ELIMINATE THEM. jdn
