President George W. Bush said, "I don't think anyone anticipated the breach of the levees." Well, no one except the entire world and even Mr. Bill.

Doesn't this have a familiar ring...like Condi's comment that noone anticipated using airplanes as guided missles and crashing them into buildings.

Aren't our leaders supposed to worry about the possible, not just the likely or probable?

Why should New Orleans be rebuilt?

Only to be destroyed by a category 4 or 5 hurricane.

One ought to learn from the present situation, global warming is just another way of saying don't build in flood areas.
