Ted, You clearly do not understand the nature of disaster relief. The governor and the mayor could not step up because its their areas that are damaged, their resources destroyed and their constituents that are effected. At the very least, the plea for help should have come a little sooner. Hindsight is 20/20, but it's sad that this is already turning into a partisan circus. You of course blame Bush, but then you're just playing your role in the circus. By the way, I did a little work for FEMA once, so I do indeed understand the nature of disaster relief. Tenchusatsu
