We could have a stage 4/5 hit florida sometime this month and perhaps go through this all over again. hopefully not. but what have the residents of Florida learned this week from watching the recent destruction

I live on the coast in S.E. Fla. My wife and I were just talking about that last night as the local weather reported another storm about 2,000 miles offshore that COULD be headed our way. Our thinking is WE ARE LEAVING if it comes this way if its a 3 or greater storm. You got room up in Pa? (gg) jdn

I don't contest there was a grievous failure of emergency planning. But it's not the roads that are the problem. The Gulf Coast has plenty.
