David Ray is so disconnected from reality that he believes it never was done. So he is all impressed about how fast this administration has moved. Which, I guess, in Ray World this response is impressive. Well David Ray was probably watching FOX News exclusively. And you know Fox, they had old footage of some blacks partying and would show that whenever they claimed they were showing scenes from the Superdome. "See all the nee..groes having fun at the Superdome eating food paid for by your hard earned tax dollars. See all the nee..groes boarding the buses.......they are taking them to Disney World, paid for by your hard earned tax dollars. See the nee...groes they don't have to call into work because they don't have jobs........" Its not a surprise that David Ray thought things were going well. It took a village to let him know otherwise......to coin a phrase. ;~) ted
