While 1000's of bodies float around New Orleans, you still defend this corrupt administration. How do you sleep at night? While the order to evacuate was given, no assistance was given to help the poor, handicapped and elderly get out of the city. This in itself is criminal. Those that have no credit cards, automobiles or money for a bus ticket and then money for a hotel when they got there, were left to drown behind levees that were neglected and designed to stand a Category 3 hurricane. Katrina was a category 5. Even Castro evacuates the poor and infirm from harms way. Orca
