Its chilling how ineffectual they have been. In the meantime, a woman is getting gas at a gas station in Covington, LA. They have waited all morning for a delivery to the gas station. The gas finally arrived just a short while ago. The clincher........there are gas lines 4-5 miles running from either side of the gas station.
