It's not on the Gulf? Isn't a port? Boy, all those dockworkers in Houston and all those ships coming up the Ship Channel from Galveston sure are confused, then.

Oh, Houston is definitely a port, I just don't know if there is waterway connection to the Midwest through the Miss. River.
