Keep in mind, if they go to truck transport, the price of fuel is and will be a killer. Many operators are on the brink of bankruptcy as it is. At a minimum, surcharges will add greatly to the price of the product being transported

I think the Feds and the states should take a cue from Georgia and suspend the gas taxes. That'll save around 50c or so a gallon.
