Just quickly in ...and out...so just a brief reaction on the run.......

First....note that I was not as rash as Shack, and did NOT make a CALL on GOOG. I issued an "alert", and flagged a "possible" put/short/bet opp.....but I am not ready to move on that...yet...As I said.....bears watching......

Next, re volume, I was referring to the specific volume requirements of a H&S formation.......and whether in line with general market volume trends or not, the GOOG pattern meets the requirements of an H&S volume pattern.

I am impressed, and congratulate you on your mastery of what I sometimes have referred to as the "indicator soup"....I encourage you to continue with that......but it is not for me (occasionally, I make a little use of it). My "tools" are limited to price, volume, the 50d and 200d SMAs (occasionally the 20d SMA)....and a ruler to draw lines with.........And then, of course, I dabble in EW .....primarily for broad or sector market indexes..........Just quirky me, but thought you should know, since you do read some of my posts opining on stocks....

No bets for me, I don't have a real strong conviction.

Stocks are all over the place, bullish, bearish or neutral depending on where you look. I'm not convinced we see a wholesale ramp coming, certainly the SOX does not look that good to me in the very near term. I think its going to need another dump before anything bullish can evolve.

So here's hoping you all have a great Labour Day (note the correct spelling-g) and we'll see y'all Tuesday, I won't be around much at all until then.
