No Sr K...

You're still only one over. All references to the agreements are useless... XXXXXXXXXXX's or not. <g>

I am mildly concerned that we now seem to have a Canadian subsidiary "1234567" Canada, or some such. I assume RMTR is the sole owner and that it's just a shell to comply with Quebec laws.

Similarly "future" Canadian operations would seem best consolidated in Colorado as soon as possible, but that's not going to be in these documents. And it will be interesting to find out who is going to fabricate the new ASIC parts.

But I don't much care who Goal's sellers/owners are. If the XXXXX folks were an officer or insider shareholder of RMTR it would be a concern, but it would also require some additional SEC filing or a footnote in the annual report.

If the new RMTR shares are going to get dumped immediately I doubt that they would be sold at less than an average $2.88 price.

For the next 6 months I think our "fortunes" will be determined by news of standalone FRAM products/developments/deals.
