ANOTHER UPDATE: And it's not just school buses:

500+ buses flooded that could have removed people from the danger zone - and the people who left them parked to be flooded are now blaming the federal gov't for not responding fast enough. A case of yell loud enough about someone else to take the attention from your own screwup.
