I have pondered this some today while swimming boring laps. The mayor is a democrat. The governor is a democrat. Most likely the entire city council is democrat. So about the fourth person in line is at fault? Oh well - perhaps he/she who yells the loudest will be looked at least.

You don't expect them to say, "it was our fault" do ya? Especially when the media is blaming Bush for them.
