One does not demand funding. Where do you make this stuff up? I asked you to post a schedule for us since you are telling us that a catastrophe would have been avoided. You run away from this because you know nothing about this...it isn't the problem that concerns you...you are just a democrat. Too bad. Become an american... Local officials are now saying, the article reported, that had Washington heeded their warnings about the dire need for hurricane protection, including building up levees and repairing barrier islands, "the damage might not have been nearly as bad as it turned out to be."
