I wasn't criticizing Wal Mart

I wasn't criticizing Wal Mart's donations to the hurricane relief. However, I do criticize Wal Mart as an employer....they pay some of the lowest wages in their industry; they have gone into communities that can barely support them and run out the existing mom and pop operations; and they often don't do the environmental mitigations needed to deal with their introduction into a community or neighborhood.

Look........I have a very different view of corporations than you. I've seen their corruption, their incompetence and their indifference to the communities they serve. As for the people who own or benefit from these corporations most of them are scum. They don't give two nickels for someone like you or me. There are the exceptions..........I think Bill Gates is one; the guy who heads up Starbucks another......there are, of course, others; the rest are variations of Paris Hilton. They are often corrupted parasites living off the hard work of past generations. Barron Hilton who made the money that Paris inherited did not want his family to get his money.......he tried to set up a non profit trust. However, after he passed, his family fought it and won. That's why Paris Hilton can flaunt her wealth in our faces. I have gone to school with the wealthy and worked directly with them in business. Most are callous, insensitive sycophants.

So we see things very differently. In fact this thread has opened my eyes even more to that than I ever knew before. I am tired of arguing the issue with you and Ten and Tim. Unfortunately, I think you all have been duped.
