I don't believe it will be rebuilt. I was just dreaming. Always a cog that breaks in all machines. It would be rent control or transportation or something. I don't think we are up to the task. May not be for many years. The rest of the economy will suffer from this disaster because of energy pricing. I was just dreamin... Hope? I hope we remember to hope. This is too much. Way too much. These are our fellow citizens. They want water tonite. Not a new new orleans.
