"I was referring to political difference...." Then try saying it... you will be much clearer. What you originally said was: "What else would you expect from a french paper?", when you were referring to a British paper's article. If you maybe think the Brits and the French are the 'same thing', like you posted... it would be helpful for you to clarify that you meant 'politically'. (I doubt fish and chips are big sellers in Paris, LOL.) Can't read your mind.
