More than 20 employees of my firm lost their homes in the storm. They were able to report yesterday that they found all of them and their families alive and well. The New Orleans office is toast. At least the company reacted faster than FEMA.

I hear Air Canada airlifted refugees out already. What's up with that? What about Greyhound, etc? I realize the media only want to cover the bad news, so I'll have to assume a lot of companies are stepping up to the plate.

Bill, life is full of tragedies, it is up to each of us to
pitch in and help in our own way. Do not dwell on negatives
because they are counterproductive and solve nothing. It
could have been much worse. We will learn from our mistakes
and shortcomings and be able to prevent such a tragedy from
happening again. Be Strong....Live Strong.
