I was wondering how long it would take before there was a Halliburton sighting. I was going to make a joke about Halliburton, but I thought it would be simply too shameful to even contemplate. Apparently, people at FEMA and the DOD have no shame. Well, now at least we know where the $500M/day that FEMA got budgeted is going to be spent. Buy HAL. (Important to note that Allbaugh, mentioned in the article, the new Halliburton lobbyist and formerly part of the Rove-Hughes triumvirate, formerly head of FEMA, handpicked Michael Brown to be the current head of FEMA since they are pals.)
