They are recovering but they need the power grid back up to be fully functional. Don't ask me why......its what some engineer was saying yesterday. The pipelines start down here. No electricity to run the huge pumps. They are running partial capacity using generators but enough generators large enough to replace the power grid would be impractical. When do the complaints begin that Entergy, the electric company down here, is bypassing elderly and poor residents in order to get the rich oil companies' pipelines running first?
