You have asked me several times why I live in a regressive culture as I do. This is the reason. When things go to the wall, the culture comes down strongly on the side of survival. Plus, I am a Jonser. "Fuck you Jack, I've got mine" is not in my vocabulary. What has happened in New Orleans will shape our society for generations. We are living through an inflection point. What we do in the next few years will determine the future. Well said. I can not argue with its logic nor with its sentiment. Its difficult for me to understand the culture of that region. Too often, someone like a Bush or a Delay stands out, masking what may be another side to the culture........a side that produces the likes of a kinky friedman......is that the right name???.....a side that encourages the placement of 150K evacuees within its borders.
