Your evidence, to prove a crime, would have to prove that management never intended, nor even believed that it had a realistic hope, to become profitable. No matter how much paper and history you have, I seriously doubt you have that smoking gun. More likely, all you can prove is that the company encouraged folks to invest, and never did well as "promised." That's not a crime, no matter how angry you and a zillion others surely are. Dan B.
