Analysis: Can this actually be happening in America? The criminal negligence is beyond comprehension. On Thursday, they began loading one of two Navy medical ships in VA going to the Gulf. The first one won't get to the Gulf until next Thursday and the second until mid Sept.......how can anyone defend such behavior? What could have lead to such negligence? Meanwhile, there are tons of people still trapped in NO. So many bodies are washing ashore in LA that the governor has set up makeshift morgues. They just showed on the tube reporters and gov't officials arriving in Pass Christian[sp?], MS for the first time since the disaster struck. The town has been leveled completely. Only after a war have we seen such devastation. Its too much to comprehend. ted
