No, you are not being honest. Poor people do get around. A responsible parent would make sure no matter how far they had to walk to get out of there when an evacuation was ordered...they would move away from the area of sure destruction.

Only the invalids have an excuse. They should have been rescued. More should have been done, but don't be sucj a stupid liberal who never allows people to be responsible for their own actions.
